Associate: Milbank LLP is seeking Associate in New York, NY. Pos req JD, LLM or foreign equiv + 1 yr exp in offered pos or related occuptn. 1 yr exp must incl: Conduct legal diligence of corp docs, incl formation agreemnts, by-laws, resolutions, officer's certificates, credit agreemnts & security docs; Provide legal counsel to credit investors based on review of indentures & credit agreemnts; Review financ term sheets in connection w/ transactions w/ Private Equity sponsors; Represent creditors of distressed companies incl in-court restructuring & defaults on cryptocurrency securitization.
