Associate w/ BNP Paribas Securities Corp., NY, NY. Function w/in the Diversified Industries team to support the origination & execution of Advisory activities. Req's Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Fin, Econ, Math, Mgmt, Acctng, or rel + 2 yrs exp in job or rel. Job req 2 yrs exp w/ the following: exp in investment banking (M&A or Diversified Industries) or reviewing/updating financial model, analyzing fin data of pvt/public companies, valuation, trnsction-rel svcs, mkt rsrch, or monitoring fin news rel to companies, or corp strategy, at invstmnt bnking, pvt equity, hedge fund, asset mgmt, consulting, or acctg org; M&A sell-side or buy-side processes; dvlpng & maintaining sector-specific materials, incl comparable company analyses, comparable transaction analysis, benchmarking analyses, M&A dvlpmnts, relevant sector-specific dvlpmnts, & reviewing sell-side reports & various industry reports to generate sector-specific know; leveraging Fin modeling expertise, Equity Capital Mkts, Corp Cov, & various committee approval processes. Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting dist from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in NY, NY. Travel reqd 10% to N Amer & Europe. Sal: $175,000- $225,000/ yr.
