Assistant Vice President, Compensation & Regulatory w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. Contribute to the Compensation Review Process (CRP) & regulatory matters, incl modeling, preparing analysis & reporting, & conducting regional & global controls. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Fin, Acctg, Econ, Data Analytics, Data Mgmt, or a rel field & 1 yr of exp in an Assistant VP role (Compensation & Regulatory) or similar occupation performing data mgmt. Must also possess the following (quantitative exp reqs not applicable to this section): Demonstrated Expertise (DE) supporting carried interest plans & fund acctg; DE working w/ the U.S. & European regulatory landscape & its bearing on compensation & impact on deferrals; DE functioning as liaison w/ key HR & Bus stakeholders (both domestic & internat'l); & DE w/ excel modeling, data cleaning, & data manipulation. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP PARIBAS RCC INC. office in Jersey City, NJ.
