Application Support Specialist

Application Support Specialist (NY, NY): Participate in 24/7 coverage and support for critical systems, responding to production issues and coordinating escalation and post-mortem analysis. Monitor systems and processes for availability and performance. Assist with the design and implementation of a unified strategic monitoring and alerting platform. Work with enterprise and cloud technology from the level of networking, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure through programming languages and application architecture; enterprise-level application monitoring, alerting, and response; and, supporting workload orchestration platforms, including AutoSys. Reqs Bachelor's degr + 4 yrs exp. or 6 yrs of exp. Salary range: $175,000-$185,000/year.
