Application Developer

Application Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout US (Up to 60% telecommuting permitted): Construct the tools, methods and approaches for the client to create a sustainable and cost-effective digital capability and deliver against an initial set of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions. Work with both internal and clients' teams on implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Develop Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) code assets. Perform unit and integration testing. Work in Agile projects. Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Adobe Experience Manager by providing technical information to the sales teams, clients, project managers and technical teams. Work with the client's business and technical community to obtain and understand business and technical requirements through interviews and workshops. Document the clients' requirements and perform fit/gap analysis to determine project customization and develop estimates. Create technical specifications. Develop project task plans and schedules based on the work required by the technical specifications. Develop and write technical assets based on the technical specifications. Provide technical direction and participate and lead the design discussions. Lead global technical resources by providing technical leadership, design information and program walk throughs. Assist the infrastructure and hosting team to implement the solution on the physical operational model for the production deployment. Perform trouble shooting and defect resolution and remediation on the solution created. Utilize: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), OSGI (Open Service Gateway Initiative), Apache, Java, RESTful web Services, Java Content Repository (JCR). Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and two (2) years of experience as a Developer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), OSGI (Open Service Gateway Initiative), Apache, Java, RESTful web Services, Java Content Repository (JCR). $178644 to $211400 per year.
