Application Architect
Application Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted): Review and validate the Bill of Materials assess client's requirements, and product's specifications/features. Create the necessary artifacts (roadmaps, design documents, diagrams, build book, etc.). Design and implement the infrastructure to support the solution. Collaborate with various teams to gather business and technical requirements. Manage and balance concurrent projects across various customers. Ensure the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to clients. Develop perspectives, capture, prioritize, and analyze technical (functional and non-functional) requirements. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and advance the technical evolution of intellectual capital assets, developing architectural resources. Manage architectural contract terms and conditions. Educate, mentor, and coach teams in applying architectural techniques and updating methodologies and assets. Facilitate and capture lessons learned from projects to disseminate knowledge. Support company initiatives for offerings, contracts, technologies, and go-to-market strategies. Set priorities to build technical architectural and project assets/deliverables for repurposing. Analyze, design, test, and modify application software for enhanced functionality and productivity. Utilize: Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, Oracle T-SQL, Pro Pdf, Pro Concatenator and Agile Scrum. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and five (5) years of experience as an Application Architect, Application Developer or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, Oracle T-SQL, Pro Pdf, Pro Concatenator and Agile Scrum. $179982 to $199300 per year.
