Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Data Analyst/Programmer with strong technical skills in C# and SQL. In addition to technical expertise, this role requires strong skills in report development and a consulting mindset to evaluate, refine, and optimize business processes as we transition from a legacy ERP to a modern platform. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technology and operations—supporting system adoption, improving workflows, and ensuring that data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain custom tools and utilities using C# and SQL
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports to meet business and operational needs
  • Support data migration and integration during ERP system transition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance reporting, data integrity, and operational performance
  • Provide consulting and guidance to stakeholders on best practices for leveraging ERP and reporting systems
  • Train end users on new system functionality, process changes, and reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate data discrepancies, and provide actionable resolutions
  • Document workflows, data mappings, reporting logic, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and programming
  • Proficiency in C# programming and SQL (T-SQL preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in report writing using SQL or modern BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with or supporting ERP systems
  • Strong ability to communicate technical and process concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis or consulting, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
