Steadfast Employment is hiring experienced plumbers for projects in the New Orleans area. If you have hands-on plumbing experience and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you. A plumbing license is not required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and related equipment.
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipe using appropriate tools and materials.
- Read blueprints and follow job specifications to complete plumbing installations.
- Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work.
- Identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
- Test completed work for leaks and proper operation.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on plumbing experience.
- Familiarity with plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and installation methods.
- Ability to safely use plumbing hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently on assigned tasks.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, bending, climbing, and handling materials.
