Job Title: Superintendent
Salary: $110k-$135k depending on experience
Requirement: At least 5+ years in construction, out of a GC, with experience on Commercial, Municipal, governmental, and/or Higher Education type project experience.
Project Location: North Stanly County ($30M Project) - but backlog after is in the Greater RDA

This is on site in North Stanly County (outside of Charlotte, NC) but wanting someone local to the Raleigh Durham Area for future projects.
We're a leading Construction firm for the Carolinas.
We are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to join our team for a project in Stanly County - but with promise to come back to Raleigh after completion.(5 to 7 months in CLT to start)

As Superintendent, you will be in charge of on-site leadership, safety enforcement, schedule management, QC, sub coordination, document reporting, permitting, compliance, budget awareness, all the way through to close out & turnover.
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum of 3+ recent years as leading Superintendent experience, out of a general contractor, with ground up project experience on projects over $20M.
