Pigtails & Crewcuts Hillsboro is a salon that caters to children & families, with an established customer base that continues to grow fast.

Experience level:

• None. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

What we’re looking for in a Stylist:

• You want to develop a positive team-oriented environment.
• You hold and maintain a current Cosmetology or Barber or Hair-design license.
• You love to work with kids and families in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re passionate in delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience.

• Stylists average $1500+ per month in tips, working on an average 4 days per week.

General Responsibilities:

• Cut hair
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries/concerns/complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber or Hair-design license.
• Full Time employment / Available to open & close salon / Available Saturdays & Sundays

Compensation:

• Competitive guaranteed base wage
• Great tips paid in cash everyday
• Bonus program
• Biweekly paychecks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (including tips)

Expected hours: 24-30 per week
