What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate calendars and manage scheduling with accuracy and efficiency

Handle time entry and communications with professionalism

Draft legal pleadings and correspondence

E-file documents in both Federal and State courts

Support attorneys with litigation tasks and administrative needs
What We’re Looking For

Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus

Proven background as a Legal Assistant

Familiarity with legal procedures and e-filing (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
