Robert Half Technology has an opening for a Help Desk Analyst I for our client located in Lebanon, Tennessee! The role involves providing technical support for our Windows 11 Rollout, equipment provisioning, equipment imaging, and remote support. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the Windows 11 Rollout across multiple sites and locations.
- Handle the provisioning and imaging of equipment.
- Offer remote support and address potential break-fix issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting Windows OS and Support related issues.
- Manage Windows Desktop Operating System and Windows Environment issues.
- Oversee the configuration management and deployments related to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows 10.
- Utilize your skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware.
- Handle Windows Infrastructure and Windows PC related tasks.
- Provide support for Windows Remote Desktop and conduct basic network troubleshooting.
- Deal with hardware troubleshooting tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in various applications and software.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management.
- Experience with Deployments.
- Expertise in various operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Understanding of Desktop and Desktop Operating System.
- Comfortable working in a diverse Environment and managing Infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on various OS and PCs.
- Experience with Remote Desktop.
- Skills in Basic Network Troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting.
- Experience with Hardware Troubleshooting.
