Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Hyper Scale data center and/or industrial electrical projects on manufacturing, semiconductors and/or water treatment facilities. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality
- Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects
- Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, water treatment etc.)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
