Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Automotive Finance or Sales Management experience is required
Strong closing and follow-up ability is required
Computer-savvy with strong social media background is helpful
Proven track record as an A+ leader
Candidate’s number one priority MUST be ensuring that each customer is given the best possible car-buying experience.
Strong ability to follow processes
Familiarity with digital environment
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hard working, honest individual with strong team building and leadership skills and a great attitude - ready to hit the ground running!
Secondary & Subprime Finance experience is a plus
