Responsibilities

- Process multi-state payroll across multiple payroll cycles
- Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment
- Serve as a primary resource for payroll and benefits questions
- Maintain HRIS and payroll system data integrity
- Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with federal and state regulations
- Partner with HR leadership on reporting, audits, and process improvements
- Collaborate with local HR teams across multiple locations

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Knowledge of payroll tax and employment compliance
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
