Location: Metro Detroit Area (Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, & Washtenaw Counties)
Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

The Role
We are looking for 2-3 hard-working, reliable Laborers to join our field team. This isn’t just a "demo" job. You will be a critical part of the restoration lifecycle. One day you might be safely removing hazardous building materials under strict containment; the next, you might be helping reconstruct a kitchen or bathroom to look better than it did before the damage.
What You’ll Do
- Remediation & Mitigation: Set up professional containment, operate air scrubbers/dehumidifiers, and perform the controlled removal of mold-impacted or water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinetry, etc.).
- Reconstruction: Assist in the rebuilding phase, including basic carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work to restore the property to its original state.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring all tools are accounted for and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used correctly.
- Customer Service: Represent Mold Experts Plus professionally while working in clients' homes and businesses.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in restoration (Water/Mold), demolition, or general construction is highly preferred, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Ability to use hand/power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working in tight spaces like attics/crawlspaces).
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must. We show up on time for our clients, every time.
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude. You enjoy seeing a project through from a mess to a masterpiece.
