<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are a growing firm, looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2-8 years of experience, with previous 2+ years of litigation experience.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2-8 years of experience</li>
<li>2+ years of litigation experience</li>
<li>Prior experience in one of the following practice areas: Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Healthcare, Insurance, Labor &amp; Employment</li>
<li>Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li>Admitted to practice law in New York</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist lead attorneys in handling all aspects of litigation, including: research, writing, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions</li>
<li>Drafting and answering discovery requests and discovery responses</li>
<li>Participating in, or administering large document database management, review and coding, and document production when needed on complex cases</li>
<li>Preparing for, taking and/or participating in depositions</li>
<li>Presenting motions and arguments in court</li>
</ul>
 
The annual salary for this position is between 140k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
