Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day property management activities, ensuring smooth operations across residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with leasing processes, including tenant communication and document preparation.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks to support financial operations.
• Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate records and ensure efficiency in property management workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the Assistant Property Manager in administrative duties and property-related projects.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to property performance and leasing.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with property management policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and other property documentation.• Proven experience in property management, with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
