We are seeking a tech-savvy Maintenance Technician who can quickly learn and adapt to our machines and systems. This role requires physical capability, as lifting up to 140lb floor grates to change filters is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building and industrial maintenance.
- Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
- Install and maintain electric motors.
- Conduct HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Change filters and fans for large air handlers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on paint booths and machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in general labor and heavy lifting.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with general building and industrial maintenance.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of electric motors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
