This role is for a hybrid (3 days in office) mid-level construction attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience outside of school with a strong interest in growing with a firm in the long term.

Job Details
Our firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience in construction law. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with highly experienced attorneys on challenging, high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from case intake through trial or resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction-related contracts.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys on strategy and case development.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial litigation and construction law.
- Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
