Duration: one base and 4 option years
4.1 Hybrid Azure Active Directory Administration
· Administer and maintain Hybrid Azure AD infrastructure, including synchronization via Azure AD Connect.
· Ensure seamless integration and authentication between on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD.
· Manage user identities, groups, and access policies across cloud and on-prem environments.
· Support conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
4.2 Microsoft Intune / MDM Support
· Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
· Enforce security compliance policies and device configuration profiles.
· Deploy and monitor mobile and desktop applications through Intune.
· Provide Tier II/III support for Intune-managed endpoints.
4.3 Desktop Infrastructure Support
· Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11), user profiles, and application issues.
· Deploy and support Windows Autopilot and Endpoint Manager solutions.
· Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of desktop hardware and software.
· Assist with patch management and vulnerability remediation.
4.4 Basic Server Support
· Provide limited Tier I/II support for server-related issues including user access, file shares, print services, and network troubleshooting.
· Monitor and report on server health, backups, and resource usage in coordination with server administration teams.
· Support minor changes to Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DHCP/DNS, and file systems.
4.5 Documentation and Reporting
· Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
· Provide weekly/monthly status reports on system health, incidents, and project milestones.
· Recommend improvements and best practices to enhance service reliability and security.
