Job DescriptionAn established, mid-sized law firm with multiple offices in NC is seeking an experienced Commerical Real Estate/Title Paralegal to join its team in its Winston-Salem office. WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
<ul>
<li>Perform title searches</li>
<li>Work on commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, entitlement, development, leasing, and more</li>
<li>Collect, organize, review, and manage due diligence associated with acquisitions and financing</li>
<li>Prepare and review title policies</li>
<li>Draft and review sale and loan/leasing documents</li>
<li>Work with attorneys and lenders on closing documents</li>
<li>Assist with post-closing work</li>
</ul>
 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience</li>
<li>Title search experience is strongly preferred, but will train right person with CRE experience</li>
<li>Experience with ordering and reviewing survey and title searches and abstracts</li>
