• **Assisting with daily living activities**: helping clients with personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• **Providing homemaking services**: assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• **Assisting with medication management**: reminding clients to take their medication and performing basic medication administration
• **Maintaining accurate records**: documenting client interactions and care provided
• **Collaborating with healthcare teams**: working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
**Requirements:**
* **Valid HHA certification**: must be certified as a Home Health Aide
* **Minimum 1 year of experience**: in a home healthcare setting or related field
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
