Salary: $65-100k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • \n

  • 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, financial analysis, or a related area.
  • \n

  • Hands-on experience working with manufacturing costs, inventory, WIP, variances, labor, overhead, materials, or other operational financial data.
  • \n

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and turn data into actionable business insights.
  • \n

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP, particularly as it relates to cost accounting and inventory.
  • \n

  • Ability to communicate complex financial and analytical information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive close and reporting deadlines.
  • \n

  • Strong interest in leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve accounting and analytical processes.
  • \n

  • Ability to work effectively with finance, operations, engineering, and business leadership in an on-site manufacturing environment.
  • \n

Must-Have Skills:

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JD Edwards or another manufacturing ERP system.
  • \n

  • Experience with data warehouses, business intelligence tools, or advanced data manipulation.
  • \n

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve reporting, analysis, or accounting workflows.
  • \n

  • Experience training or mentoring junior accounting or finance team members.
  • \n

  • International accounting or finance experience, particularly with European operations.
  • \n

  • Experience with LIFO, labor/burden rate calculations, inventory reserves, or profitability analysis.
  • \n
