Our community health center is seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our integrated care team in South Central Kansas. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you'll deliver outpatient primary care in collaboration with behavioral health providers, nurses, and care coordinators.

You'll focus on whole-person, evidence-based care, without the pressures of excessive on-call duties. Supported by a strong clinical team and modern in-house resources, you'll be empowered to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine, MD or DO
- Completion of Family Medicine Residency
- Active license in Kansas (or eligible)
- Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You'll Do
\n

- Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model
- Use evidence-based protocols to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
- Document care using our electronic health record system
