As an Automotive Sales Client Advisor, you'll represent a rotating inventory of pre-owned luxury and exotic vehicles. Your primary responsibility is selling these high-end models while meeting dealership goals for gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction. This role goes beyond traditional automotive sales—it's about creating lasting relationships with
discerning clients by delivering a premium, personalized experience from the first conversation through delivery and post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell and deliver a minimum monthly sales volume
• Guide clients through the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Develop expert knowledge of inventory, pricing, financing, and features of luxury and exotic
vehicles
• Prepare and process all sales documentation accurately
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and referral generation• Collaborate with management and service departments to ensure an exceptional ownership
experience
• Professionally represent Florida Performance Cars through social media and digital platforms
when appropriate
• Stay current on automotive market trends, luxury brands, and competitor offerings
Hours of Operation
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday: By Appointment Only
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven,
high-performance environment.
• At least one year of automotive sales experience (luxury or exotic vehicle sales preferred)
• Experience selling high-end or exotic vehicles, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren,
Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, or similar luxury marques
• A proven track record of averaging 12 or more vehicle sales per month
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed goals
• Consultative, low-pressure sales approach focused on delivering an elevated client experience
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, social media, and digital communication tools
• Passion for luxury automobiles and commitment to professionalism
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
