What You’ll Do
- Build, integrate, and test advanced aerospace components
- Inspect and perform operational checkout of flight hardware
- Fabricate harnesses/cables & perform soldering and mechanical assemblies
- Interpret detailed mechanical & electrical drawings
- Use hand tools, precision measuring tools, and electrical test equipment
- Follow strict procedures and safety protocols
- Partner daily with senior technicians & cross-functional teams
- Keep accurate build/testing records & support process improvements
- Continuously grow your skills on complex, hands-on tasks
What You Bring
- 6–10 years aerospace or space systems production experience
- Strong electrical, harness, and mechanical build skills
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
- Solid communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Ability to obtain a Secret or TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
- A&P License
- IPC & J-STD certifications
- Active Secret or TS/SCI
- 2-year technical degree
- Forklift & overhead crane experience
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime possible)
- $37.00 – $38.00/hr, depending on experience (or salary $76,960 - $79.040)
