Job DescriptionNorthern Gear &amp; Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Axis Twin Turet Lathe Setup/ Nakamura Machinist. Duties and Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Proficient with gauging and understanding blueprints.</li>
<li>Ability to change tooling and inserts.</li>
<li>Be proficient operating multiple machines, high productivity.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand frequencies and follow processes.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Be accountable and responsible for product going to customer, meeting all ISO standards.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Have good math and reading skills.</li>
<li>Dependable and have transportation.</li>
</ul>
 This is not an inclusive description; all employees will work in a team environment under the direction of the shift supervisor. &nbsp; &nbsp;Qualifications:

<li>Minimum 2 years' experience</li>
</ul>
 1st Shift:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mondays - Fridays</li>
</ul>
Pay:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>$27 - $32 / hour based on experience</li>
</ul>
