Ryder is Now Hiring CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers in Dalton, OHEarn $1,900+ per Week- Paid Weekly - Earn Up to $5,000 in Bonuses
Pay & More:
- Earn $1,900+ per week
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.59 per mile with 1,900 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $30.01 per stop with 8-10 stops per week
- Safety Bonus: Pays you $250 four times a year, every quarter
- Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $2,000 at 6 months and $2,000 at 1 year
- Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
- 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
- Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
- Paid training
Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
- Deliver solo to: 48 states
- Must be able and willing to drive into Canada
- Tractor Type: Sleeper with APUs
- Trailer Type: Dry van; Conestoga experience preferred
- Freight: Touch-hand unloading is required
- Freight Type: Commercial and residential garage doors
- Load Securement: Strapping
- Endorsements: Passport required within 90 days of hire

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
