EMC Precision has provided complex parts in low- to mid-volume quantities expertly machined since 1925. This grinding position will be responsible for set-up/production on full CNC and manual machines. This position will require making quality verifications and adjustments as necessary.
The position requires 2 – 5 years’ experience:
- Must be able to dress wheels
- Must be able to set work blade heights
- Must have experience holding .0001 tolerances
- Read and interpret drawings
- Read micrometer and other precision instruments
- Calculate/adjust machine settings
- Identify/solve problems
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Possess a solid work history
- High School diploma/GED preferred
