Job Description

CMMS/CCMS Administrator

Location: Piedmont, SC

Department: Maintenance

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You Need:

  • Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS database systems (hardware and software)
  • Experience implementing a new CMMS system preferred
  • Familiarity with cGMP environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Blue Mountain (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and oversee the CMMS (BMRAM) and CCMS modules, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and cGMP standards
  • Act as subject matter expert during audits and ensure system compliance
  • Provide KPI reporting and support continuous improvement of equipment reliability
  • Create and maintain asset records and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Train users on CMMS systems and conduct regular audits of maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with Parts Room to maintain inventory based on usage and projections
  • Monitor incoming work requests and follow up on execution
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational efficiency
  • Develop and revise SOPs related to CMMS/CCMS and deliver training presentations

Work Environment:

Office and manufacturing setting; regular use of computers and phones, with occasional physical activity such as lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, kneeling, and crouching. Safety glasses required on the floor.
