CMMS/CCMS Administrator
Location: Piedmont, SC
Department: Maintenance
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
What You Need:
- Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with CMMS database systems (hardware and software)
- Experience implementing a new CMMS system preferred
- Familiarity with cGMP environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Blue Mountain (minimum 2 years preferred)
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
What You Will Do:
- Manage and oversee the CMMS (BMRAM) and CCMS modules, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and cGMP standards
- Act as subject matter expert during audits and ensure system compliance
- Provide KPI reporting and support continuous improvement of equipment reliability
- Create and maintain asset records and preventive maintenance schedules
- Train users on CMMS systems and conduct regular audits of maintenance programs
- Collaborate with Parts Room to maintain inventory based on usage and projections
- Monitor incoming work requests and follow up on execution
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational efficiency
- Develop and revise SOPs related to CMMS/CCMS and deliver training presentations
Work Environment:
Office and manufacturing setting; regular use of computers and phones, with occasional physical activity such as lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, kneeling, and crouching. Safety glasses required on the floor.
