Repair Representative | Technical Support
Ready to build hands-on technical skills while working with real hardware every day? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing devices, and learning through hands-on experience.
LOCATION: Beaverton, OR
SALARY: $ 20+/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
*On-site, must reside locally

· Hands-On Technical Work: Spend your day diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, servers, and monitors rather than sitting on a phone all day.
· Training Provided: You don’t need to know everything on day one. You’ll be trained step-by-step on specific repairs and gain confidence as you go.
· Variety in Your Day: Each device and ticket brings a new challenge, keeping the work engaging and fast-moving.
· Stable Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with minimal on-call expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble a wide range of devices; replace components, perform system resets, and fully test equipment
· Provide technical support to end users via ticketing systems, phone, and remote tools; gather information to identify root causes
· Research and apply solutions using internal documentation and online resources; follow standard processes to prioritize or escalate issues
· Accurately document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and customer interactions; communicate repair status and resolutions clearly to customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Hands-on experience repairing, assembling, or working with computer hardware or related technical equipment
· Strong knowledge of computer components and hardware assembly
· Familiarity with Microsoft and Google operating systems
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position works in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to varying temperatures. The role requires frequent use of hand tools and computer equipment, manual dexterity for device assembly and repair, and the ability to lift and move items over 30 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
