Job Description

The Commercial Roof Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial roofing systems, focusing on flat roofs. Working within a small team of 2 technicians and reporting to the Service Manager, this role requires hands-on expertise in roof repair and maintenance while ensuring strict safety compliance. The technician will occasionally travel to various sites, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality roofing solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform roof repairs on commercial flat and industrial roofing systems
Ensure all work complies with established safety protocols
Conduct routine maintenance to preserve roof integrity
Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
Travel to multiple sites as needed to complete projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roofing

Preferred Qualifications

Roof inspection expertise
Experience with roof installation
