We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on company type)
