Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Superintendent to oversee field operations and coordinate activities of the General Contractor, Electrical, and Mechanical teams. The Site Superintendent will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple trades and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily on-site activities for General Contractor, Electrical, and Mechanical teams.
  • Oversee site logistics, schedules, manpower planning, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify accuracy and resolve field issues.
  • Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and report on project status to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and trades.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, risks, or conflicts in the field.
  • Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality records.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Foster a positive and professional site culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience).
  • 7+ years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
  • Strong experience managing General Contractor, Electrical, and Mechanical teams on complex projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
