Respiratory Therapist
Health Management Services (The Sleep Apnea Store) is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Respiratory Therapist to join our busy growing team. In this role, you will assist patients with CPAP setup, education, compliance monitoring, and ongoing respiratory care support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on CPAP and BiPAP equipment
- Conduct mask fittings and equipment demonstrations
- Monitor patient compliance and therapy effectiveness
- Provide troubleshooting and follow-up support for CPAP devices
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- Experience with CPAP/BiPAP equipment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of respiratory care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer and documentation proficiency

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 8-5
