Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Engineer
Location: Juno Beach, FL
Schedule: Standard Office Hours
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $44-49/hr.
Responsibilities:

- Lead civil due diligence reviews, including ALTA surveys, geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, permitting, drainage, and grading.
- Manage and review Engineer of Record (EOR) deliverables throughout design milestones (30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC).
- Support design automation initiatives for automated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) designs.
- Support project development, constructability reviews, CAPEX estimates, and value engineering.
- Coordinate with EORs, EPC contractors, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, and internal engineering teams.
- Review RFIs, change orders, and construction-related issues throughout project execution.
- Support hydrology, drainage, roadway, grading, and other site development activities.
- Provide technical leadership for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.

Qualifications:

- \n
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 11-15 years of civil engineering experience.
- Experience with utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, permitting, and construction support.
- Experience managing external engineering firms and EPC contractors.
