Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce & IT Support Specialist to help manage our Salesforce system and assist with day-to-day IT troubleshooting for our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and be a key player in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce:

  • Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot data issues and support ongoing data cleanup
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions in Salesforce
  • Provide training and documentation for internal users

IT Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for basic tech support requests (hardware, software, login issues, etc.)
  • Manage account access across tools like Google Workspace and phone systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors for escalated tech needs
  • Help with equipment setup for new hires
  • Monitor basic security and compliance practices

Qualifications:

  • No prior Salesforce experience required—we’ll train the right person
  • Must be willing to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within the first 12 months (we’ll provide tools and support to help you succeed)
  • Strong general tech skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or other SaaS platforms is a plus
