About the Role
Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our retail tire and automotive service center. In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, support daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and is motivated by achieving results.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy tire and automotive service center
- Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
- Drive sales growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and workflow coordination
- Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
- Monitor productivity, sales trends, and operational metrics to ensure business goals are met
- Maintain company standards, processes, and safety procedures
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and success

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Understanding of store productivity, labor management, sales performance, and operational metrics
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction, team performance, and business results
