Job DescriptionSalary: $20.00/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Guarantee that all customer requests are responded to, followed up with and completed thoroughly
- Ensure that all customers have a positive and satisfactory experience
- Coordinate work with vendors and other third parties to support our customers and their environments
- Respond and follow-up with technical requests & monitoring tickets
- Update customer documentation and review existing documentation as needed
- Be aware of trends in support tickets to identify possible problems before they escalate
- Perform other assigned duties that may fall outside of the scope of this position as it relates to the success and ability for The Bridge Group to meet its goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some relevant college coursework is beneficial
- Two (2) years experience in retail, food service or other customer service role
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Ability to communicate technical information in written and verbal form
