Personal Care Assistants (PCA) Full-Time

Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Contract through ProCare Therapy
Start Date: ASAP

ProCare Therapy is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate full-time openings in a supportive school district in Aston, PA. This position involves working one-on-one with students across K12 grade levels who require additional behavioral or academic support throughout their school day.

Position Details:

• Full-time hours (approximately 3035 hours/week)

• K12 caseload; assignments will be based on experience and district needs

• Start as soon as possible

• Must be comfortable providing support in a classroom, hallways, and during transitions

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain PA clearances (FBI fingerprinting, PA child abuse clearance, PA state background check)

• Prior experience in schools or working with children preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to support students with behavioral or physical needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
