Production&nbsp;Operator 1&nbsp; Open Ended Contract Length Pay Rate-20.00/hr Framingham, MA&nbsp; &nbsp; The Role:&nbsp; The production operator 1&nbsp;reports to the production supervisor and&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;loading software&nbsp;on to&nbsp;customer ordered hardware by following standard operating procedures set up for each product.&nbsp;&nbsp; Key responsibilities.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>A production operator 1&nbsp;will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;conducting an inventory audit for all production orders delivered to the floor from the inventory material handler.&nbsp;This audit will check for correct BOM items and correct quantities for each production order.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Configuring devices by&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and picking the correct software from the configuration station&nbsp;display&nbsp;and applying the software part number label for kitting validation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organizing completed production orders and&nbsp;hand&nbsp;them off to the kitting validation team.&nbsp;</li>

Basic Qualification and Skills&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High School&nbsp;degree or equivalent is&nbsp;required.&nbsp;College&nbsp;degree is preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast paced, customer driven atmosphere&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to work independently as well as with a team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong time management and prioritization skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>
