We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with ERP implementation experience to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This is a position where you will play a critical role in driving key initiatives and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile coaching, scrum methodologies, program management, and ERP implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Serve as an Agile coach to guide teams and stakeholders in adopting and optimizing Agile practices.
• Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to drive project goals.
• Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify project priorities, manage risks, and communicate progress.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular status updates and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in program management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise as an Agile coach and Scrum Master in diverse project environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing ERP implementation projects (IFS ERP experience strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry processes is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, three days a week, with flexibility for remote work if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
