Trusts & Estates Attorney
Job Description
A highly respected law firm in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a Junior Shareholder to join its sophisticated Trusts and Estates practice. This is a unique, direct shareholder-track opportunity for a talented attorney to step into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in estate planning or a related field, with a strong background in tax law. You will be responsible for handling complex estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients, including drafting sophisticated trust and tax documents and managing multigenerational client relationships.
The firm is known for its stable and supportive environment where many professionals build lasting careers. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative, family-oriented team and take on a significant leadership role without the pressure of a book of business or strict billable hour requirements. A Florida bar license is required and an LL.M. in Taxation and Estate Planning is strongly preferred.
