Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair, as well as install industrial equipment. Will work with pumps, motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems and production equipment. Fabricate parts for machine repairs and upgrades. Dismantle machinery, remove machine parts, repair, lubricate and reassemble machinery according to specification. Transport machine parts, tools and equipment. Operate forklift and other industrial equipment. Maintain repair, preventive and predictive maintenance records in internal operating system. Interact with Production, Tooling, Quality team members and Supervision to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
Working knowledge and hands on experience with medium electrical circuitry, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and lock out tag out is required. Must be able to read/interpret blueprints. PLC troubleshooting and/or programming skills strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance is required, automotive manufacturing experience is preferred. Must be computer literate. Ability to work flexible hours and availability for overtime including weekend work is also required. Must have HS diploma/GED, technical training preferred.
