Busy New York Law Firm is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join its Syracuse team!&nbsp;

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage and defend insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolution</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other court documents</li>
<li>Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers to develop defense strategies</li>
<li>Analyze case files and evidence to build strong defenses</li>
<li>Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting insurance defense</li>
<li>Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely case progression</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of broad-based litigation experience</li>
<li>Experience with or strong interest in insurance defense litigation</li>
<li>Civil litigation experience a plus</li>
<li>Experience with insurance defense or related a plus</li>
<li>Defense experience a plus&nbsp;</li>
