Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounting – Accounts Payable

- Perform duties related to Accounts Payable in system of record (SAP)
- Accounts Payable voucher entry with 3-way match
- Accounts Payable voucher coding and entry for Non-PO related invoices
- Monthly company credit card statement payment and verification
- Process weekly expense reports for payment
- Process weekly vendor payments (Checks, ACH, Wire, Credit Card)
- Assist in weekly AP cash forecast preparation
- Monthly AP to GL reconciliation
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Participate in month end duties
- Assist in audit activities
- General clerical duties
- Additional supporting duties as assigned
- Perform backup duties for Accounts Receivable

Education and Experience:
- Understanding of basic accounting practices and principles (GAAP)
- Analysis of discrepancies and root cause identification
- 2-4 year accounting degree or relevant experience required
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Physical Demands:

- Works in an office at HUS plant and/or remotely.
