Position Details

• Shift(s): 8:00 am - 1:00 pm & 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  
  
• Hours: Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  
  
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins
  
  
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)
  
  
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas
  
  
• Ensure building remains tidy, safe, and presentable
  
  
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
  
  
• Follow checklists and take photos
  
  

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (commercial or residential)
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Must be punctual and dependable
  
  
• Able to pass a background check
  
  
• Smartphone required for checklists, photos & clock-ins
