Your Role:


  1. Engage with clients, manage appointments, and expertly guide them through each phase of the transaction
  2. Craft compelling offers and negotiate with assurance
  3. Maintain an organized pipeline to ensure no opportunity is missed
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and cooperating agents
  5. Adhere to a structured weekly schedule that supports achieving at least one closing per month

Requirements:

Compensation:


  1. Agents meeting the team standard of 1–2 closings per month typically earn between $70,000 and $150,000+ annually.
  2. Top-performing agents who consistently maintain pace can earn up to ~$180,000+ annually, depending on price point and performance.
  3. Our commission splits are more advantageous than those offered by most Zillow partner teams, allowing you to retain more from each successful closing.
