The Role: Advocacy, Coaching, Implementation, Expansion
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated advertising professional to help broadcasters worldwide unlock new revenue streams with Megaphone TV’s suite of interactive campaigns. This hybrid role is part of the Revenue Team and spans account management, project management, support, and strategy in a fully remote, work-from-home capacity.
In this position, you will act as a tactical advisor to broadcast sales teams, helping them grow revenue through interactive sponsorships by working daily with advertising executives. This includes teaching them about campaign types, helping them prepare sales materials, implementing campaigns upon closing, providing follow-up reports, and syndicating wins.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Consultant, Advisor, and Trainer
- Lead broadcast sales teams in conceptualizing, pitching, and executing sponsorship campaigns.
- Advocate for feature adoption and execute customer success strategies.
- Brainstorm ideas for sponsorship campaigns or editorial segments.
- Drive renewals, referrals, leads, and business growth for Megaphone TV through consistent follow-up.
Project Management, Operations, and Support
- Create pitch decks, campaign mockups, and configure them in Megaphone Studio.
- Schedule and manage production tasks.
- Provide creative direction and oversight for Megaphone’s internal design team.
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance.
- Deliver real-time email and phone troubleshooting.
Interactive Sponsorship Process Improvement and Product Development
- Review and refine sponsorship workflows and define agency services.
- Collaborate with design and customer success teams to optimize interactive mockups.
- Work with business development and product teams to enhance existing offerings and create new products.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-facing experience in broadcast sales, support, or production—you must “speak TV ad sales” fluently.
- Strong presentation skills and customer service demeanor.
- Willingness to travel for station visits, presentations, and industry events.
- Creative direction skills for TV and digital campaigns.
- Process-driven project management with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded thinker with problem-solving expertise and an obsessive attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Mac/Windows, office software (Google Docs, Excel, CRMs).
Bonus Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, advertising, UI/UX design, social media, control-room production
